This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) explains how server resources are allocated and used on hosting services provided by Ojmi Creative. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all customers receive a fair and stable hosting environment.

Although some hosting plans may advertise features such as “Unlimited” storage. page views, or bandwidth, these resources are subject to fair usage limits necessary to maintain server performance and reliability for all users.

1. Shared Hosting Environment

All shared hosting services provided by Ojmi Creative operate in a shared server environment. This means multiple customers use the same server resources, including CPU, RAM, storage, and network bandwidth.

To maintain service stability, each account must use resources in a reasonable and balanced manner.

2. Resource Usage Limits

Customers may not use hosting services in a way that causes excessive consumption of server resources.

Examples of excessive usage include:

• Continuous high CPU or RAM usage
• Large numbers of simultaneous processes or connections
• Running scripts that generate excessive server load
• Websites receiving unusually high traffic beyond the capacity of shared hosting

If a website consistently exceeds reasonable resource usage, Ojmi Creative may request the customer to upgrade to a higher hosting plan.

3. Storage Usage

Shared hosting storage is intended for website-related files only.

The following uses are not permitted:

• File storage unrelated to the hosted website
• Personal backup storage
• Media archiving
• File sharing or download repositories

Accounts found using storage for non-website purposes may be required to remove such files.

4. Bandwidth Usage

Bandwidth provided with hosting plans must be used for normal website operations.

The following uses may violate fair usage:

• Hosting large downloadable files unrelated to website content
• Operating download distribution platforms
• Hosting large video streaming services

If bandwidth usage significantly affects server performance, Ojmi Creative may temporarily limit usage or request an upgrade.

5. Database Usage

Databases should be used efficiently and only for website functionality.

The following practices are discouraged or prohibited:

• Extremely large databases that affect server performance
• Running automated queries that overload the database server
• Using databases for data storage unrelated to website operations

6. Automated Scripts and Background Processes

Automated scripts must be used responsibly.

The following activities may violate fair usage:

• Running continuously executing scripts or bots
• Frequent cron jobs that cause heavy server load
• Automated scraping or crawling systems

7. Corrective Actions

If an account exceeds fair usage limits, Ojmi Creative may take one or more of the following actions:

• Notify the customer and request optimization of the website
• Temporarily limit resource usage
• Suspend the account if server stability is affected
• Recommend upgrading to a higher hosting plan

These actions are taken to protect the performance of all customers on the server.

Policy Hierarchy Clause

The policies published by Ojmi Creative, including but not limited to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Fair Usage Policy (FUP), and Return and Refund Policy, are collectively part of the service agreement between the customer and Ojmi Creative.

In the event of any inconsistency between these policies:

1. The Terms of Service shall take precedence.
2. The Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Usage Policy shall apply to all service usage and server resource management.
3. The Return and Refund Policy shall apply only to payment and refund matters.

By using the services of Ojmi Creative, customers agree that these policies are interconnected and must be interpreted together.
