This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and acceptable practices for using the hosting and related services provided by Ojmi Creative. By using any service of Ojmi Creative, customers agree to comply with this policy.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in service suspension or termination without prior notice.

1. Illegal Activities

Customers may not use the services of Ojmi Creative to engage in any activity that violates the laws of Bangladesh.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content
• Online fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Selling or promoting illegal products or services
• Hosting websites related to financial scams or investment fraud
• Distribution of pirated software, movies, or copyrighted materials without authorization

2. Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

The services of Ojmi Creative may not be used for sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

Prohibited activities include:

• Sending mass promotional emails without consent
• SMS spam campaigns
• Hosting scripts used for spam or bulk messaging
• Operating email lists without proper subscriber permission

Any account involved in spam activities may be immediately suspended.

3. Malware, Hacking, and Security Threats

Customers are strictly prohibited from using our services for activities that may harm systems, networks, or users.

This includes:

• Hosting malware, viruses, or malicious scripts
• Attempting to hack, scan, or exploit other systems
• Hosting phishing pages or fake login pages
• Operating botnets or DDoS tools
• Distributing ransomware or spyware

Such activities may result in immediate service termination.

4. Resource Abuse

Customers must use server resources responsibly.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Running processes that excessively consume CPU, RAM, or disk resources
• Hosting applications that negatively affect server stability
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting servers
• Running automated scripts that overload the server

If a website uses excessive resources, Ojmi Creative may suspend or limit the account to maintain server stability.

5. Adult and Inappropriate Content

The following types of content are not allowed on servers operated by Ojmi Creative:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Adult streaming websites
• Content that violates public decency laws of Bangladesh

6. Misuse of Hosting Services

Customers may not use the services for purposes other than normal website hosting.

Prohibited uses include:

• File storage or backup repositories unrelated to the hosted website
• Public file sharing or download distribution platforms
• Running illegal IPTV services
• Hosting large media archives unrelated to website functionality

7. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

Customers must:

• Protect login credentials
• Keep website software updated
• Prevent unauthorized access to their hosting account

Any damage caused by compromised websites may require temporary suspension until the issue is resolved.

8. Enforcement

If a violation of this AUP is detected, Ojmi Creative reserves the right to:

• Suspend the service temporarily
• Remove harmful or illegal content
• Terminate the hosting account
• Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities if necessary

No refund will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of this policy.

Policy Hierarchy Clause

The policies published by Ojmi Creative, including but not limited to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Fair Usage Policy (FUP), and Return and Refund Policy, are collectively part of the service agreement between the customer and Ojmi Creative.

In the event of any inconsistency between these policies:

1. The Terms of Service shall take precedence.
2. The Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Usage Policy shall apply to all service usage and server resource management.
3. The Return and Refund Policy shall apply only to payment and refund matters.

By using the services of Ojmi Creative, customers agree that these policies are interconnected and must be interpreted together.
