নীতিমালার অগ্রাধিকার ধারা

Ojmi Creative কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত সকল নীতিমালা, যেমন Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Fair Usage Policy (FUP) এবং Return and Refund Policy, সম্মিলিতভাবে গ্রাহক এবং Ojmi Creative এর মধ্যে সেবা ব্যবহারের চুক্তির অংশ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।

যদি এই নীতিমালাগুলোর মধ্যে কোনো অসঙ্গতি বা ব্যাখ্যাগত পার্থক্য দেখা দেয়, তাহলে নিম্নোক্ত অগ্রাধিকার প্রযোজ্য হবে:

  1. Terms of Service সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার পাবে।
  2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) এবং Fair Usage Policy (FUP) সেবা ব্যবহারের নিয়ম এবং সার্ভার রিসোর্স ব্যবস্থাপনার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
  3. Return and Refund Policy শুধুমাত্র অর্থ প্রদান এবং রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Ojmi Creative এর সেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক সম্মত হন যে এই নীতিমালাগুলো পরস্পরের সাথে সম্পর্কযুক্ত এবং একত্রে ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।

 

Policy Documents

 

Policy Hierarchy Clause

The policies published by Ojmi Creative, including but not limited to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Fair Usage Policy (FUP), and Return and Refund Policy, are collectively part of the service agreement between the customer and Ojmi Creative.

In the event of any inconsistency between these policies:

  1. The Terms of Service shall take precedence.
  2. The Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Usage Policy shall apply to all service usage and server resource management.
  3. The Return and Refund Policy shall apply only to payment and refund matters.

By using the services of Ojmi Creative, customers agree that these policies are interconnected and must be interpreted together.
